Cancellation
Guests can cancel their reservation:
- within 30 days of the beginning of the stay, free of charge and a full refund of the amount already paid;
- within 20 days of the beginning of the stay, a 50% refund of the amount paid;
- within 10 days of the beginning of the stay, a 30% refund of the amount paid.
No refund is provided for the guest who cancels the reservation within a period of less than 10 days from the beginning of the stay or in the event that he/she leaves the unit in advance whatever the cause

How to reach Villa Paola
By car
From the North, take the A14 Adriatica highway (Bologna-Taranto) or the A16 highway (Naples-Canosa) towards Bari, then continue to Brindisi and Lecce. Then take the junction Tangenziale Est - Stadio - Otranto - Maglie, after a few kilometers take the exit 9B for Lecce - Merine - Vernole and from here follow the signs for Torre dell'Orso.
From the South, Strada Statale 106 - direction Taranto, then continue to Brindisi on Strada Statale 7, and from here to Lecce. Then take the junction for the Tangenziale Est di Lecce, and then take the exit 9B for Lecce - Merine - Vernole and from here follow the signs for Torre dell'Orso
By plane
Salento airport of Brindisi-Papola Casale (80 km). Here you can rent a car or continue by train to Lecce. Private transfers to Torre dell'Orso are also available with a journey time of about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
International Airport Karol Wojtyła of Bari (200 km) Here you can rent a car or continue by train to Lecce.
By train
You can reach Lecce station and then by bus to Torre dell'Orso.
